Every year, The Institut pour la photographie offers two days of free portfolio reviews for professional and amateur photographers from the Hauts-de-France region and neighboring Belgian provinces (whether originally from or currently residing there), bringing together a jury of photography experts and the public.

This year,  in  conjunction with  the  festival  From Kharkiv to Lille: Culture as Resistance   sponsored by the City of Lille and the season  The Trip to Ukraine   Organized by the French Institute and the Ukrainian Institute,  the Institut pour la photographie  is partnering with the Yermilov Art Center   and  also  opens these  readings  to  Ukrainian photographers.

Following this new call for applications, 23 photographers the following were selected: 5 photographers who are from or live in Ukraine—chosen as part of the collaboration with the Yermilov Art Center—as well as 18 photographers who applied through the standard application process.

The selected photographers presented one or more projects to the public over the course of two hours, including a 20-minute meeting with the jury.
