The Skeptics

The Skeptics  is a long-term research project based on an amateur practice derived from ufology: scientific ufology. 

The project brings together films, photographs, and objects and is divided into four chapters (the first two were exhibited at the Prix Découverte at the Rencontres d’Arles in 2019). The Institut pour la photographie’s support will make it possible to carry out the next two: :  R. O. T. G. (Relics Of Technological Goddess),  a photographic study of the image collections of French organizations dedicated to the study of apparitions (including the Groupe ufologique du Nord); and ; Magical Places,  a series of photographs requiring staging, experimentation with negatives, or 3D integration, in order to use the landscapes of the Canary Islands or certain specific American sites as backdrops.
