David De Beyter

Photographer

David De Beyter, born in 1985, is a French photographer who lives and works in Tourcoing.

His approach to photography is both conceptual and documentary, exploring the boundaries between reality and fiction. His artistic work is based primarily on the concept of landscape practice; through his exhibited installations, he examines the different statuses of the image.

His work Big Bangers was selected in 2018 for the prestigious exhibition FOAM Talent , including Amsterdam, Paris, New York, London, and Frankfurt. The first part of his work The Skeptics was shown in Arles in 2019 as part of the nominees for the Prix Découverte.
