The Institut pour la photographie invites the MAPS International Agency to carry out a project in the Hauts-de-France region. 

Six photographers thus engaged with regional statistical data, which served as the starting point for their exploration. These figures, in the end although they did not fully capture the reality of a region or the lived experiences of its residents, these observations served as the raw material for defining the directions their projects would take.

Far from being scientifically exhaustive, the chosen topics reflect both their respective interests—as part of a long-term commitment to reflection—and societal issues rooted in current events: inclusion, tourism, rural life, immigration, agriculture, parenting, etc.
