Elena Anosova

Born in 1983, Elena Anosova is originally from the Lake Baikal region (Russia, Siberia). 

In her work, she explores the theme of boundaries—whether geographic, natural, or between people.

Most of his professional work is devoted to long-term personal projects focused on life in closed institutions, small communities, and isolation. 

The impetus for his research on these topics stemmed from reflections on his adolescence, which he spent at a closed rehabilitation boarding school.
