Véra Léon
Professor and Researcher
Véra Léon is the author of a doctoral dissertation in education titled “ You aren't born a photographer—you become one. ".
With a dual degree in history from the ENS in Lyon and in photography and contemporary art from Paris 8 University, she has been teaching at the University of Paris since 2015. Her research focuses on the history of art education and on gender in the world of photography.
