GPS or Body Movements in Research-Creation

as part of the CEAC Meetings seminar series

Spectacle & performance

Any stance—whether visual or political, scientific or artistic—stems from a physical, social, or geographic position: it necessarily shapes the way we view the world.

When traveling between these coordinates and their poles, how do you find your GPS? Is it possible to find your way while losing your bearings? Through the narrative of a journey, this lecture-performance bridges the gaps between scientific and artistic approaches, as well as between academic and poetic modes of writing.
