I'm from here, residence #2

Every year, the Destin Sensible gallery invites two artists to create an original work in Mons-en-Barœul, a town in the Lille metropolitan area. 

Since 2019, Bertrand Meunier has been meeting with residents twice a month, either at their homes or outside their apartment buildings. 

From the everyday to the ordinary, this work is an ode to what we no longer see: an urban landscape shaped by various public policies. It offers a glimpse into the margins of France, far beyond the spectacular.
