The year 2025 marked the launch of A Story of Sharing , a regional-scale project carried out in collaboration with the Grand-Nord Youth Judicial Protection Office, the Hauts-de-France Regional Directorate for Cultural Affairs (DRAC), and the Hors-Cadre association.
As part of the Mission d'Appui Artistique (MiAA) residency program, the project brought together four photographers—Benoît Labourdette, Charles Thiéfaine, Sidonie Hadoux, and Cédric Gerbehaye — to lead creative workshops exploring the principles of secularism with 62 young people from 36 units of the Judicial Youth Protection Service (PJJ) in the Hauts-de-France region.
These young people and their mentors have developed unique experiences centered on images and the process of creating them—each offering a new opportunity to observe, experience, express themselves, and tell their stories. Drawing on their collective discussions about citizenship and the fabric of society, their work reflects their perceptions and experiences, the memories that shape them, and the hopes they hold for the future.
A two-day training program was also offered to 45 educators.
An exhibition was held at the National School for Juvenile Justice Protection (ENPJJ) in Roubaix to mark the 120th anniversary of the 1905 law.
