Yasmina Benabderrahmane

Yasmina Benabderrahmane is a graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris and Le Fresnoy—National Studio for Contemporary Arts. 

In 2021, she won the national photography commission “ Views of Greater Paris – Year 6 " (Cnap – Ateliers Médicis) for her project *Glory Hole*. She works with installation, film, and analog photography in an experimental vein. Her instinctive artistic practice lies halfway between the documentary genre and the filmed diary. 

She gathers and explores her loved ones and the visible world, then focuses on fragments—as close as possible to the invisible, both auditory and visual—to create a body of still and moving images.
