Aimée Thirion
Photographer and photojournalist
Born in France in 1969. Lives in Lille. Aimée Thirion has been a photojournalist since 1999.
She works for *Le Monde*, *Libération*, *Les Jours*, and *El País Semanal*. At the same time, she is involved in projects in France, Algeria, and Lebanon, and curates exhibitions. Since 2004, she has been covering the situation of Palestinian and Syrian refugees in Lebanon, as well as the living conditions of migrant domestic workers. In 2016, she was selected for the CNAP’s national photography commission, “Reinventing Calais.”
