On Saturday, June 17, at 3:00 p. m., during the last weekend of spring, come experience the staged reading *INLAND VOYAGE*, which accompanies photographer Quentin Pruvost’s book published by Light Motiv.
This book recounts Robert Louis Stevenson’s 1876 canoe trip along the Sambre and Oise rivers. Alternating between humorous, contemplative, and dramatic moments, the journey is punctuated by unexpected discoveries revealed by the slide show of photographs by Quentin Pruvost .
A performance by Hervé Leroy and Jean-Philippe Mailliez, actors and playwrights, adds Robert Louis Stevenson's whimsical and fantastical vision , as if he were there in the room.
Throughout the show, Timothée Couteau, a with these two cellos, the music comes alive the simultaneous progression of the narrative and the course of the journey.
