Carte Blanche for Yue Cheng

Le Fresnoy and the Institut pour la photographie are jointly offering a Carte Blanche to artist Yue Cheng.

The installation Fata Morgana is conceived as a journey to artificial landscapes from different regions of the world. By exploring these natural spaces transformed into synthetic environments, Yue Cheng’s installation raises questions about the bonds we form or sever with nature, and the extent to which we bear responsibility for it.
