Nico Djavanshir

Nico Djavanshir was born in Rennes in 1982.

He studied photography and moving images for two years at the Institut Supérieur de St Luc in Belgium.

Specializing in portraits of artists, he also works on various series such as All the Stars That Burn featuring fiery Converse All Stars or even Beautiful Mistake celebrating serendipity. In 2015, he published his first book Some of Us Call That Rock .

Between 2017 and 2018, he made a documentary about the humanist punks of Rangoon in Myanmar, Punk, Love, and Kindness . His work will be exhibited in Paris, Lille, Arles, Berlin, Rangoon…
