Maycec

Cécile Mayot, also known as Maycec, was born in 1979 in Nancy and is now based in Paris. 

Founder of the musicological Publications and co-founder of at Home Printing , she is conducting research in which sound, language, notation, and publishing become spaces for composition and experimentation. 

His work, particularly the editorial project musicography , has been featured in solo exhibitions (Generator Project, Gr_und, Erratum Galerie, FLTMSTPC) and group exhibitions (Topographie de l’art, Verbeke Foundation, Galerie Delacroix, Le18). 

His sound works and performances have been presented at festivals, art centers, and independent venues.

His publications are held in the collections of FRAC SUD, FRAC Picardie, the Kandinsky Library, the Espace de l’Art Concret, and the Fanzinothèque.
