David Mulnard

Visual Artist and Photographer

A graduate of the Digital Arts program at the Tournai School of Fine Arts, David Mulnard chose photography as his primary medium.

After refining his artistic vision through his travels, he settled in Lille, where he explored fine art photography and artisanal printing techniques. David Mulnard, a visual artist and photographer, explores artisanal printing techniques to transcend traditional photography.

Using his own database, he incorporates collages, digital alterations, and artistic interventions into his works. His prints on watercolor paper, created with gum arabic and pigments, blend spontaneity with manual interventions. Inspired by Surrealism, he seeks to reinvent his environment by altering the photographed landscapes to introduce a fantastical dimension, revealing what the eye does not perceive.
