The Institut pour la photographie is hosting the fifth edition of its Book Market at the L’Univers movie theater. These two days will be dedicated to Brazilian photography publishing.
For two days, the L’Univers cinema will host publishers, photographers, and artists for an exhibition featuring a selection of photography books. This warm and welcoming summer event, open to everyone, celebrates the diversity of publishing practices and visual narratives.
On the program: meetings with artists, book presentations, creative workshops on self-publishing and film development, panel discussions, public readings, screenings, and social gatherings. This is an opportunity to discover the dynamics of Brazil’s particularly vibrant independent scene, represented this year by seven guest publishers.
