Roundtable discussion on new formats and practices in bookstores specializing in photography books.

The abundance of photography books published in recent years has led to the emergence of new audiences and a renewed interest in books as physical objects.

As a result, new and alternative types of bookstores are emerging to meet this need, featuring new business models, experimentation, and outreach.

From brick-and-mortar bookstores to pop-up and online bookstores, exploring the public’s experience through events, and examining various business models, The Institut pour la photographie invites four booksellers, along with Magali Avezou, to discuss and share their practices and personal experiences.
