The Institut pour la photographie aims to support publishing and books in all their forms. The Library is a place of information and resources on the history of photography for all audiences. It houses the collection of Annie-Laure Wanaverbecq, a historian of photography, acquired in 2018.
The Library is regularly enriched with donations and acquisitions related to the Institute’s programmes.
It currently has over 4 000 documents (general and thematic anthologies, monographs, theoretical works, periodicals, old collections, youth section) available on site from Tuesday to Sunday and referenced soon online.
